Shipping Information

How long should I expect to wait for my order to arrive?
This item is ready-to-ship. If your order contains only ready-to-ship items, your order will ship within 2-3 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US holidays. If your order includes clay items (which are all made to order), then your order will require 7-10 business days to process/make. Once your order is complete/made, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking. Your shipping/transit time is dependent on your shipping choice at checkout.

The estimated shipping times (not including processing time) are as follows:
- USPS First Class (2-6 business days)
- USPS Priority Mail (1-4 business days)
- USPS First Class International (2-4 weeks, depending on destination)

Please allow up to 5 business days for USPS tracking status to update from the initial pre-transit status. USPS may experience some delays in scanning packages into their system or may not scan packages until the day of delivery.
