(🌟) How long should I expect to wait for my order to arrive?
Once your order has been placed, our items will require 7-10 business days to process/make. Orders placed after 11:59 AM will be processed the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US holidays. Once your order is complete/made, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking. Your shipping/transit time is dependent on your shipping choice at checkout.

The estimated shipping times (not including processing time) are as follows:
- USPS First Class (2-6 business days)
- USPS Priority Mail (1-4 business days)
- USPS First Class International (2-4 weeks, depending on destination)

Please allow up to 5 business days for USPS tracking status to update from the initial pre-transit status. USPS may experience some delays in scanning packages into their system or may not scan packages until the day of delivery. If you do not see any movement by then, please contact us at info@whattacharmer.com.

Please note that if your tracking status is marked as 'Delivered' and you still have not received your item, we are not responsible for any misplacement of your package. You will need to contact USPS to locate your package, and we are happy to help you facilitate that if necessary.

(🌟) Can you expedite my order?
Yes! We can expedite your order's PROCESSING time to 3-5 business days, meaning your order will be made and ready to ship by 3-5 business days.

This add-on does NOT affect your shipping/transit time. Your shipping time is dependent on your shipping choice (USPS First Class or Priority). If you would like to further expedite your order, you can add this processing upgrade to your order AND choose Priority shipping during checkout.

(🌟) What is your return/exchange policy?
No order cancellations. We do not currently offer refunds/exchanges. Please plan accordingly. However, if there are any issues regarding your order, we are more than happy to help mediate! :) Please contact us at info@whattacharmer.com with your concerns.

(🌟) How are taxes and fees handled with international orders?
Buyers are 100% responsible for paying all import taxes (including VAT), custom duties and/or fees charged by the destination country. If the package is delivered to the postal office for pick-up, the buyer may be requested to pay these fees at pick-up. Refusal to pick up packages and/or pay fees at the destination country will not be granted a refund.

(🌟) What materials do you use?

All of our clay items are handmade with quality polymer clay. Clay stud earrings are made with surgical steel posts. Clay dangle earrings are made with gold plated stainless steel posts or are gold-filled/gold plated with underlying brass. Specifics will be provided in every listing description. Clear rubber backings are used for all earrings for optimal comfort.

(🌟) How do I care for your badge reels, lanyards, earrings, and charms?
Polymer clay is an incredibly durable material, but it's not indestructible! We always ensure our items are sturdy and well made, but we still encourage handling your items with love and care. :)

Additional recommendations:

- Wipe with a soft, damp cloth to clean. Avoid excessive exposure to water.
- Avoid slamming or dropping items.
- Avoid wearing earrings while showering and sleeping.
- Avoid leaving your jewelry pieces in direct sunlight. 

(🌟) Why doesn't my product look exactly like the picture?
Due to the handmade nature of these items, there may be slight variations and imperfections. Some earring collections will have slightly different versions of the same pattern. We put a lot of love and care into creating each of my items, so you can trust that you are receiving a quality item! :)

We also try our very best to capture the true color of our items. Please note that computer/phone screens may adjust colors.

(🌟) How do I change my shipping address after I already placed an order?
Please contact us directly if you would like to change your shipping address. Changes to your shipping address must be requested PRIOR to shipment of your order. If your order is already in transit, we cannot be held responsible for your package. You will have to contact USPS to locate and redirect your package to the correct address.

(🌟) Do you combine multiple orders?
Due to our growing number of orders, we are unable to automatically combine your orders/refund excess shipping fees. If multiple orders are placed, they will each ship separately with their corresponding shipping fee.

(🌟) Are there any exclusions with your promo codes?
Yes, promo codes are not valid on custom orders/pre-orders, order upgrades ("Rush My Order"), or sale items. Promo codes cannot be applied to previous orders.
